Thanksgiving Break

First of all, I would like to say that I am extremely thankful to have a week off for Thanksgiving Break. Before the hustle and bustle of Thursday, I had some work to do. I painted two accent walls, one in the dining room and the other in the living room.

It came out a little pinker than I anticipated.  I’m still not 100% with the color, but it’s growing on me.

I love the green, it’s perfect with the decor of the rest of the living room.

I spent a whole day cooking and thanks to Pinterest, I made some delicious desserts.

Of course, Thanksgiving isn’t all about the food! We had a great lunch with my mom and sisters before heading over to my dad’s for dinner.

Miranda helped me put the Christmas Tree up on Friday.

Yep, Christmas is quickly approaching. It was great to take time off to get some things done and hang out with my family.
